Pengaruh Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA) dan Earning per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga Saham dengan Intervening Economy Value Added (EVA) pada Perusahaan Indeks LQ 45 yang Terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2011-2015

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Price, and to know whether the effect is intervened by Economy Value Added (EVA). Assuming investors act rationally so that the fundamental aspects of financial statements become the main factor in the selection of stock purchase. The contribution of this research is to provide input to management about the importance of maintaining and improving performance in order to give satisfaction to the investors to give hope of the return of investment which in turn can increase the value of the company that reflects the stock price. The design of this research is causality with the unit of analysis is the company of the samples taken by purposive sampling technique in the population of companies listed BEI that entered into the index LQ 45 years 2011-2015. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis with the help of SPSS 23.0 program and hypothesis test using t test. The results of this study are: 1. DER has no positive and insignificant effect on EVA; 2. ROA has a positive and significant effect on EVA; 3. EPS has a negative and significant effect on EVA; 4. DER has no negative and insignificant effect on stock price; 5. ROA has a positive and significant effect on stock prices; 6. EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock price; 7. EVA has no negative and insignificant effect on stock price; 8. DER, ROA, EPS have positive and significant effect on stock price and EVA can mediate all DER, ROA, EPS variable to stock price.
